Registration fees
A 50% discount on the second paper is available to participants who register two accepted papers, provided that both papers are authored by the same individual who will also be the sole attendee. To request the discount, please complete the registration for the first paper and then contact us at [email protected].

who wish to upload the Camera-ready version are advised to read the Camera-ready procedure carefully before proceeding with the Registration.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- All fees will be collected in US dollars.
- Please note that the registration fees are the same for both onsite and online participation.
- Important Announcement for Accepted Authors: To be included in the EAI BlockTEA 2026 conference proceedings, all accepted authors must complete full author registration and submit the camera-ready version of their paper by the Camera-Ready Deadline.
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.
- Audience registration does not allow for camera-ready paper upload.
- You can benefit from EAI member rates by becoming a member. EAI Membership is FREE.
- Accepted Authors who wish to upload the Camera-ready version are advised to read the Camera-ready procedure carefully before proceeding with the Registration.
Hybrid Conference Format
EAI BlockTEA 2026 and MARBLE 2026 conferences will be held in a hybrid format. Kindly ensure that you select your correct attendance mode (onsite or online) during registration.
Please note: The registration fee does not include any transaction or bank charges. Kindly ensure that the full registration amount is transferred.
Important Notes Before Registering
- At least one author must complete the registration process before they are given access to upload the Camera-ready version of their paper;
- One author registration covers 1 paper. The camera-ready upload may be performed by any of the paper’s authors if at least one of them has registered with the full registration fee;
- Every author and co-author who wishes to attend the conference personally is required to register separately. Please note that one registration only allows attendance for that one registrant;
- At least one full (i.e., non-student) registration is required to upload a Camera-ready version. If all the authors of an accepted paper are students, at least one author must register at a non-student rate;
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.

- Article processing fee of 1 paper (Accepted Authors);
- Meals during the conference (coffee breaks and lunches);
- One ticket to the official conference dinner;

- All conference paper PDFs downloadable from 4 days before the conference, until 14 days after;
- After publishing, 30 days of free digital access to the digital proceedings and a 40% discount on the hard copy of proceedings.
Online Package – Purchasing this package contains:
- Participation in Online technical sessions of the conference program;
- Article processing fee of 1 paper (1PPR: Accepted Authors)
- All conference paper PDFs downloadable from 4 days before the conference, until 14 days after;
- After publishing, 30 days of free digital access to the digital proceedings and a 40% discount on the hard copy of proceedings.
